As a mountain wedding officiant on the Western Slope of Colorado I have performed many ceremonies in not only snow, but once a full on blizzard! I’m talking outdoors a long way from shelter!!
Though I am not a fan of cold weather, I have to say that these were some of the most beautiful mountain weddings I have ever officiated, or seen for that matter.
Therefore, if you are a lover of the outdoors and don’t really want to wait until summer to get married in a beautiful location, consider a winter wonderland wedding.
There are many places near Paonia, Ridgway, Telluride or Grand Junction where you can stand among trees covered with snow and not be too far from warm shelter.
Certainly, a last minute mountain wedding is not a problem for me. I can spend a bit of time talking with you and design something fitting for your relationship.
