You pay the basic ceremony fee

+ fee for rehearsal (if needed) + mileage + possibly an overnight room.

The basic ceremony fee includes all planning and prior communications regarding the ceremony.

$15 for every 20 miles (round trip)

For Example:

• NFV = no extra charge
• Delta = $45.
• Gunnison = $125
• Crested Butte= $100(summer)
• Montrose = $75
• Ridgway = $115
• Ouray = $130
• Grand Junction = $105
• Glenwood Springs = $105
• Palisade = $120
• Telluride = $175
• Maroon Bells = $140

ROOM EXPENSES & DEPOSITS

• We will talk about overnight room expenses if I am traveling more than 75 miles one way, and particularly if there is a rehearsal involved.

• I require a $200 deposit to reserve your date. (Carolyn Ringo, PO Box 1521, Paonia, CO 81428). Deposits can also be paid via Zelle using my phone number (970-275-3933). You can pay the remainder at the rehearsal or at the wedding. You may want to designate who will give me the check and I will get it from them so you do not have to think about it at that time.
